Parents should also call the Martial Arts instructors and inform them of any issues that their children have such as; the child is very shy, motor skills issues, hyperactive, poor focus, poor listening skills, poor fitness, etc. This will help the instructor in accommodating your child and addressing the issues that you have.
Also do not forget to dress the child in comfortable clothing and ensure that you bring enough water.
